Objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear...

I joined a group of women seemingly unaffected by things like elevation gain and gravity. The group consisted of Bionica, sister of Bionica (name TBD), and friends. The hike was to Gravel Lake via the Kendall Katwalk. This is a 12 mile hike round trip, with about 2700 ft of elevation gain on the way in. And the 'wonder women' express had us up and back in 5 hours. Including a snack stop. Wild; I think I only kept up by getting in the back and drafting behind the group. Anyhow, it was a perfect day, with clear skies and views anywhere you looked. If you ever see this group in your rear view mirror, yield like you've never yielded before...
