The wheels on the bike go....

Over 50 degrees and sunny in January? Pass the shoes please; it's time to ride. Sunday afternoon was a BGT afternoon for the Tifighter and Bo, the swedish riding machine. It was for others too, based on the number of riders that were out. Singles and recumbents and tandems, oh my!

Seriously, people forget that the BGT is a multi-use trail. You frequently come upon pedestrians walking 3 and 4 across on the trail, and they won't yield at all, often forcing a complete stop. I'm thinking about a cow catcher on the front of the bike, but only if I can find a titanium one.

Miles ridden: 24.5

Avg speed: 15.8 mph

Max Speed: 20.4 mph

Number of giant bumps on trail: Less than last year (way to go, Seattle and/or King County!)
