For me, the key to adjusting to the timezone change when flying to Europe is to do everything to stay awake during day one. If you make it past dinner, the sleeping all night and waking the next morning is easy. So how do you not fall asleep? Two words: the Alps. Works every time. This time, the cure was found at Santis, which is in the eastern part of Switzerland. You can see six countries from up here, but all eyes are always on Lichtenstein.
