Strange occurrence this evening. Fire truck wails through the neighborhood, causing the local dogs to start howling. Okay sure, these things happen. That was over 30 minutes ago. The dogs, of which there are at least six, are still going at it. Because they hear each other, they just keep howling. It may not sound like long, but take it from me, 30+ minutes of a big group of howling dogs is a loooong time.
