The sickness is now deep within his tissues...it will be difficult, if not impossible, to get him back to the way he was. I'm afraid he'll never be the same again.
Silly hats on his head and mukluks in the foyer are indications that he's getting worse rather than better. I predict he will soon own a very big Swiss survival knife and when that happens he will have become utterly incurable.
