The other day, I figured out that the studio I am currently in is 384 sq ft. Deck not included. After I stopped crying, I searched for comparables:

My tent: Exped Big Bear – 114 sq ft. (including vestibule)

My car: Subaru Forester – 23 sq ft (cargo area only, seats folded)

My friend: Sean’s house – 2400 sq ft. (enough room for 6.25 studios)

Bottom line: The tent offers the best value for the money. Easier to wash than a studio, too.
